I’m at the part in his book where he’s talking about all the stuf he had for this role. A 36 hour audition, and a full afternoon of continuous in-character improv in front of Francis Ford Coppola and S.E. Hinton which included cooking and eating dinner and playing and singing to music was one of the many things he went through. There was so much more behind this movie then I thought.
